Who is PoolCadence built for?
Independent pool-service operators across the United States. The first focus is the owner who runs the route and the business, with scoped team access as the business grows.
Is this a phone app or a desktop app?
It’s one installable web app. Add it to your home screen from your phone’s browser, and open the same business on your desktop. Downloaded service work can be saved offline; syncing requires you to reconnect and reopen the app.
Can I bring records from my current system?
Mapped CSV imports and attributed service-history imports are part of the product. Review customers, pool records and opening balances before committing them. Compatibility with your actual export must be checked before moving your live business.
Does it recommend chemical doses?
You can record readings and actual chemical additions. Automated dosing recommendations are not enabled while the calculation rules and expert fixtures are being reviewed.
When can I use it, and what will it cost?
PoolCadence is preparing for early access. Public operator registration and live card payments are not open yet. Join the list to hear when access opens; pricing and terms will be shared before you decide to sign up. No payment details are requested here.
